Common Terminology

There are a large number of terms which are frequently used in our work. Ideally we should all mean the same thing when we talk of “usage”, “billing assurance” or “revenue loss”.

Cartesian have decided to publish the terminology which they use. All Revenue Assurance professionals are invited to comment. Alternative versions as suggested by others by email will be added over time.
